He gave my five-year-old son Paul a ride in his airplane and when Paul got scared he just taxied around the runways at Blue Ash airport. Judge Spiegel officiated at my wedding to Rhonda Audia Lcsw -- with some help from a Clermont county judge signing the certificate. Judge Spiegel could make someone a US citizen but he couldnt marry anyone. Bottom line... a singular individual.
