I had the pleasure of chatting with Jamie Oliver for half an hour last week...he is as energetic, passionate and down to earth as youd imagine...heres a snippet about why he is on this Food Revolution Day kick, from my interview: I’ve been in the business for a long time, Ive some done high end stuff but really it’s about how to democratize eat better eating and better food. That’s why more of my restaurants are middle market, and it’s were chefs never go.
