I had the privilege to talk with a dear friend of mine today, Mr. Charles Edwards, 90 year old attorney in Steubenville, Ohio that I have come to admire and respect over the past 18 years. Due to some medical problems, Chuck is now retiring. When I talk with Chuck, I get such a great feeling. He is a gentleman in every aspect of the word. After our conversations, I feel so refreshed. Chuck has a rich history and can relate some wonderful stories of his life and experiences in Jefferson County. I always look forward to talking with Chuck and today was no exception. I am sure many of you have such friends. I think it is so important to let them know how much they mean to us while they are still able to hear if.
