I had to go to the post office to pick up some shipped hatching eggs that had unfirtunately been lost in the mail for a few days. How nice it was to be staniding there talking to the postal worker telling him I was picking up a box of eggs and have someone ask what kind? I told her silkies and then had togo back to giving the info to get the eggs. I would have much rather talked chickens lol! When i was done I followed the self proclained chicken mama out the door and asked if she was a member of our group and it was none other than Linda Little! How nice to meet another group member! the eggs arrived in good condition though a few days older than they should have been. Still hoping for a good hatch.
