I had to push thtough my work out - IT WAS SO INTENSE BUT I DID IT 5 min intervals (3 min sprints & 2 min speed walks) 5 sets of Con. Bicep curls 1 min sprint 5 sets of Bicep curls with curl bar 1 min sprints 5 sets of hammer curls 1 min sprints 5 sets of laterial raises 1 min sprints 5 sets of dumbbell rows 1 min sprints 5 sets of deadlifts 1 min sprints 3 sets of pull ups 1 min sprints 3 sets of side arm raises (thumbs down) 5 min intervals (3 sprints & 2 speed walks) Post workout : 2 cans of unsalted tuna & 1 avocado
