Dance serves as a form of art and connection by bringing people from different walks of life together. Not only would this event produce unity, but will allow groups to display their talents in a fun and friendly yet professional atmosphere.Competitions is a way to stimulate and encourage personal growth and help people to excel in something they enjoy as well as giving a sense of achievement. The competition guidelines consist of: • Having at least 2 to 8 dancers in a group. • Selections: Zouk, Kizomba, Pasada, Salsa, Merengue or Bachata. • Each group will be allowed to perform 2 selections. 5 minutes for each performance • Entry fee for each group is $35 The deadline is 12/20/2014 The winner will receive $2000. We are encouraging you to be part of this competition so that your skills can be showcase. Skills that can place you at the top with $2000 cash to take home. But the most important award will be recognition/self-promotion. This competition will allow you to promote who you are and what you are about, as a dance company.
