I had very unsettled energy today at the Kumquat Festival. Sure cant say that this has happened so consistently in a while. Spilled hot tea on myself, phone died so accepting credit cards was an issue, odd interactions with some of the folks walking by, and on and on....I kept breathing, refocusing, redirecting myself to a calmer place. That in itself is a choice. So grateful that when I did that, a special Lutz acquaintance and another networking pal showed up to lend a hand. I Choose to see sun in a puddle How about you??
