I hardly ever step on a scale and weigh myself. I did step on a scale when I started crossfit back in may of 2012 and then about once every 3-4 months since then. So today I stepped on it again and I was the exact same weight I was back in may of 2012 but with over a year of crossfit under my belt. My weight may not have changed, but I can lift more, run more and look and feel amazing. Just goes to show that being healthy and looking good is not all about the number on the scale.
