Ministry in the fine arts is not our 1st ministry, let us care for our homes, spouses and families with the same patience, dedication and affection as is placed towards our holy garments, banners/instruments of worship and our brothers/sisters to whom we serve in ministry. Dont forsake your Sabbath rest, whatever that may be... attend Sunday/Wednesday services with your spouse, sit together in the sanctuary, worship together. Allow times of rest , vacation and date each-other, delegate within the ministry to those appointed so you may take time off as needed. Pray together and let The Lord bind your heart for ministry together WITH your spouse, put no stumbling block before it. Seek the wisdom God placed within your spouse to petition in prayer on your behalf (dont just vent ! pray!). Can we serve our spouses with the same time commitment, energy and joy as we do towards the fellowship of believers / our Pastors and our city?! Yes! Amen. It may not look the same, but seek The Lord God in His Infinite Wisdom and submit your Dance Ministry plans to HIm, allow Him! Yes, allow HIm to BE Author and Perfector! He is Creator God, yield and let Him create this in your marriage. Be filled with the joy of The Lord in your Praise Dance but foremost your marriage. Sincerely your Sister in Christ.
