I hate it when people end debates with belittling pithy comments. These things are designed to injure pride, incite hostile emotions, and encourage the initiation of physical violence. If you do this and are called out on it with a fist or bullet you have only yourself to blame. While it is the responsibility of each individual to control his or her actions, such ideals are equipped with two way streets. If you are willing to write such checks then your ass better be willing to cash them. Running to the court of public opinion with half truths for protection is not only cowardly but the cause of so many unnecessary large scale conflicts. Dont do it for the sake of honest debate and making real progress for the betterment of humanity. -JLD ~~~
