I hate phony ass people in the work place. My boss doesnt like me because I think for myself. If she tells me to do something and I feel theres a better/easier way of doing it, Ill suggest the other option shes such a dictator my ideas or anyone elses for that matter are mostly always shut down but everyone helping will say my way wouldve been better. She loves ass kissers and Im not one of them. Little does she know those same people she likes so much, smile in her face and agree with everything she says but as soon as she leaves they talk shit. Im going to let you know my problems (not in a disrespectful way) but to your face. #gottakeepitreal #neverfake
