I hate when I have an appointment or a meeting and someone asks me if my husband is babysitting ugghhh no! I have a problem with that for 2 reasons: 1) no one asks him am I babysitting when he has somewhere to go. 2) why is it common for a father to babysit his children as oppose to being a parent? Are we that comfortable with the baby daddy title? Are fathers supposed to have less responsibility than mothers? Is this the new norm? Well I dont accept that at all! Thats why good fathers (single or married) get over-looked. I dont mean to rant but thats the 4th time Ive heard that over the past week! PARENTS DO NOT BABYSIT! Smh
