I hated doing the CHSP budgets also. And have hated doing them for the past 18 years. And so does every other CHSP funded organization person I know who writes them. They are hard work and can be challenging since they are the first budget for most of us for a fiscal year that is six months away. They can take hours and hours to do especially if you have a one person nonprofit and trying todo it all. So what..we do them because they are necessary. Just like eating liver was when I was a kid in my parents house. I didnt realize that was news or I would have written a column about it.
