I hav com 2 realize dat Education in our society 2day is wia it is due 2 lack in gud Educational management.The educational managers or Administrators of 2day has failed 2 recognise some guidlines of runing a gud Educational system which include 1, planning......it has 2 do wit stating objective properly 2 know wia ur going 2, Staffing.....it has 2 do wit bringing in d staff,training dem,nd maintaining a favourable condition of work 4 dem so as 2 make dem capable employees 3, Directing.....it is making sure dat all d rules nd regulations r obeyed 4, Organising...establishing a formal struture by which works r arranged 5, Co-ordinating...it is d unity nd corrolation of all activities. 6, Reporting....it has 2 do wit keeping dose dat need 2 be informed,informed.Dis means dat d manager or Administrator should keep himself/herself in superior nd his surbodinates informed 2ru records,research nd inspection. 7, Budgeting....dis means relating d programme 2 available revenue nd expenditure. The most important nd last of it is 8, EVALUATION ......it is in evaluation dat dat d administrator will know weda it has been making progress in his management funtion.it has 2 do wit comferming d extent 2 which d objectives has been achieved nd also if a personel has performed his functions according 2 d pre-determined standard. I tink dat wit all these tactics being properly handled,dat Education in our country 2day will nolonger remain dsame cos lack of gud management leads 2 d fall of an organisation. ..............THanks...............(CHYLIFE WORLD 2014)
