I have 5 more days until I have nowhere to live and havent the funds yet; please consider a donation! All funds previously donated have already been spent on medications/supplements, doctors bills, transportation and prior living expenses. Im very sick and cant handle much right now; bedridden and fighting fiercely to find every resource possible and nothing is panning out... Im very weak and in pain and that is difficult enough on its own. Im 100% fine with staying somewhere and storing my things short term but do not have the funds to do so... please consider donating as I am (and have been) racking my brain to find solutions. I cannot stay in a shelter or the like that has a shared eating and/or showering space as if I catch a cold, it could literally kill me. This is not an exaggeration; my immune system is battered from constantly fighting three chronic illnesses and would be destroyed by even a small cold. I must to be as germ-free as possible. A microwave and mini fridge plus separate shower is what I need. I dont care how ugly/small it is (even if theres no bed or furniture at all, thats fine!) or where so long as its relatively clean or cleanable, has separate eating/bathing amenities and is not extremely far from central San Diego (I do not have a vehicle and will need to be close to a hospital and somewhat close to my doctors). I had a place to go but it fell through last week as the friend I was going to stay with for free became very, very seriously ill. Being sick myself, I cannot take care of her, so her dad is going to be with her as he is healthy and able, so there is no room for me (which is absolutely understandable!!). My roommate and I both have to leave our current apartment; he is a carpenter and our rent was extremely low due to the fact that he did all repairs on the complex. The landlord decided he wanted cheaper labor, declined my roommate further work and heftily increased our rent; neither of us can afford it now. The landlord also took away my roommates parking spot. In Hillcrest (where we currently live) parking is difficult enough, but he has very expensive, heavy tools he brings to and from work 5-6 days a week that he now has to carry for blocks at the risk of what he cannot carry being stolen. I am telling you these things just in case anyone is wondering why I wasnt in a panic before; this all came out of nowhere. Please consider a donation. I can use all the help I can get. Thank you! gofundme/lauramcorbin
