I have 6 brand new houses in a secured complex in Nkana West (next to Greek Olive Guest House). The houses have 3 bedrooms each, 2 bathrooms & 2 toilets (1en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom), with a Dining room, large living area and large kitchens with fitted kitchen units, oven and cooker units. Four of the units have drive-in garages and these will be lock-up garages. The other two houses will have carports. All houses will have porcelain tiles. We are just in the process of finalizing the fittings, painting and landscaping. The houses will be available for occupation by the end of November.
