I have BEEN RECEIVING FLYERS IN THE MAIL FOR YEARS FINALLY TODAY I decided to shop at Marcs, what a mistake. I m partially handicapped from a stroke and need to use the electric cart,but, the cord was plugged into a loose extention cord that was under a large portable shelf loaded with merchandise finally a kind cutomer saw my problem and offered help. the floor plan is so illogical that I had a problem finding everything. Food intertwined with PLants and non food products, everything was sloppy and jammed in. the atmosphere was dingy and disorganized. the isles were too narrow for the cart I had to travel to find a isle wide enough to turn around to get the products much more to say but I will skip to the end. I did not see any signage indicating that MasterCard use was forbidden, so I checked out and the cashier told me when she saw my card. she directed me to the cash machine, my neighbor, who drove me to the store and was standing in line behind me said she would stay there so I could go get cash from my debit card, as soon as I left the cashier had my purchase suspended The cash machine was an antique. It took 5 entrys to get my funds. the neighbor with me came to the cash machine and told me they suspended my stuff that took me 2 hours to find there were not enough employees in the store to handle the customer load. the electric cart was poorly maintained it was a rickety mess., the floor did not look clean , the Store in Chardon @425 WATER st, needs your expert help, to bring this store up to your own standard.
