I have Sjögrens Syndrome, was diagnosed in January, 2014. I was sent to a neuro-opthamologist and she noticed I had very dry eyes, dry mouth and dry, cracked lips. A Schrumers test was, to assess my eyes ability to produce tears. My left eye made very few tears and my right eye was low, but not as bad. Blood test was positive. My gut has been telling me, for the past couple of weeks, that Sjögrens could be the primary cause of a lot of my issues. I was doing extensive research on it tonight, and every symptom I have points back to Sjögrens. So, I think I will share my research with my PCP and Neuro, and hopefully we will get a definitive diagnosis.
