I have a 3 bedroomed house in a quiet village in MARTOCK , SOMERSET. GCH, Double Glazing, Two double bedrooms & a large single . Large lounge diner with laminate flooring, Kitchen with space for fridge freezer , washing machine & tumble dryer & plenty of cupboard space, upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs W/C . A medium sized private back garden laid to slabs. A large front garden with side access to the back garden. There is a local primary school within walking distance & a choice of two secondary schools which children take via school bus. Local shops, pubs, park & church . I am looking for a minimum of 4 bedrooms preferably 5 due to a large growing family of 5 children . I am looking to stay in same area (Somerset) However , we will consider other locations if the right house becomes available . Please comment if you have anything that may be suitable . Thanks Emma
