Woolworths Management On Feb 26th I lodged a series complaint - TopicsExpress

Woolworths Management On Feb 26th I lodged a series complaint with your customer service department because your head office operator advised me she has 23,000 employees and didnt know a senior management member! Customer service advise I would be contacted within 48 hours, no such luck. After the 51st hour and prior to close of business I tried again and was finally put directly through, why this could not have been done on Wed 26th is amazing.? A meeting date was agreed upon and regional Manager - Roger was to call to confirm time. Never received call, and follow up attitude oh we thought it was resolved... Twenty minutes into the meeting Roger advised......Oh you have go put this all in writing and go to our Public Liability Department, who now had all the information. Immediately after the meeting contacted Public Liability department, Guy who had no idea of the complaint and nor was he aware there had been an issue of concern in the store. Contacted customer service yesterday to escalate the problem and I would be contacted by Claire, but after calling again today only to be informed it had only gone to Richard earlier today. Even contacted head office number to raise with a Mr Obrien, and was told....oh I dont have an extension for him, and Neil (operator) said I had to tell him the problem first before the call would be transferred. The complaint revolves around an 80 year lady who had slipped in a woolworths store, who then told other staff she had drunk to much church wine......and an employee put her fingers into her purse How is that COLES can arrange a regional manager to contact you and fix a problem on a Sunday, yet Woolworths management wont make themselves know or take ownership of a problem and resolve it. One of these issues dates back 5 months and woolworths have done NOTHING. And lastly to Sammy who took the call Thur 14 march advised each store know who their direct reports are yet two stores advised they only have a 1800 number to report problems and have NO idea who there regional/state managers are?????????
