I have a 99 gmc sierra z71 ext cab with the 5.3 369xxx miles on it. 4wd engages and runs like a charm. Transmission shifts a bit hard out of first and second when its cold. Dent on passenger side with a bit of hungry howies paint. No tailgate handle. Interior is good besides the driver side seat leans on the right side. Cruise control works. This truck is a HOSS. Yeah its got high high miles but its not stopping her. She runs very strong. All the miles are highway miles due to it being a work/service truck driven from Marianna to Pensacola. Just flushed the whole coolant system and put in a new thermostat. If you are looking for a work horse or just something to tear the mud up every now and then, you have found it.
