I have a cooking audition to be a Sou Chef on Tuesday. To be honest I am worried as hell because I really feel I am not really qualified to do this job. I can do the cooking. But I do not think I have the paperwork chops for budget, planning, pricing and portions at this level. Nor do I think I am fancy enough. But getting this job would solve A LOT of issue in my life right now. FB friends, say a prayer, cast a spell, send some good vibes. Oh God I need this job...............
