One of the fitness moves Ive always found very challenging is the classic Push Up. For years Ive only been able to do the modified version with bent knees. Mastering the Push Up has been on my fitness goal list for sometime now. While still havent perfected it yet, Im definitely getting there. Training for my Insanity certification has forced me to work hard at it. I managed to get a quick video clip of what my body is capable of doing right now. I managed to complete 3 sets of 10 moving push ups with 20sec breaks. I was so thrilled with what I had accomplished that I was so eager to show off another set of 8 reps (by then my arms were burning) to my son Marc who by the way thought those push ups were awesome....yay Mom!!! I know I still have to work on my form, speed and technique but Im closer than I was yesterday and for now thats what matters most!! JUST KEEP DOING & IMPROVING!!!!
