I have a depo on Tuesday for actions I took on a convicted Felon, attacking my subordinate Officer in my presence which is a Felony, and his reaction to be being OC Sprayed teice had no effect. I tazed his ass, end of combat.... to make a long story short we have a civil suit pending, so on Tuesday the Respondants Counsel wants to depose me....... huh..... Aint my first time at the Rodeo..... Respondants Counsel thinks they are just dealing with another Security Guard, well, in the words of the Original Joke....Waitll they get a load on me....I love testimony...Ive been crossed by the best (Rob comes to mind)..... plus, Im designated as a Court Certified Expert in Criminal Investigation ande Crash Reconstruction in Florida and North Carolina.....Bring it on
