I have a dilemma and I would like to ask yalls advice on it. I do a home cemetery haunt, no charge or anything, that Ive put a lot of work into. Halloween falls on a Friday this year, but the thing is the city I live in doesnt allow trick or treaters out except on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays. So I will give out candy on the 30th, from 6-8 pm only as directed by the city council. I would like to have my cemetery in full swing on Halloween night, like everybody else and I would also like to pass out candy to any children that might come out. My husband says no! Hes afraid of us getting into trouble and not being allowed to even do our cemetery next year. What would you do?
