I have a hopeful story to tell. Last week, while playing trivia at Britannia Pub Sosua, I was introduced to a pregnant dog that was dumped downtown Sosua. Ray and Sue had made her welcome, and given her food and water for a couple of days. She is a very gentle, sweet dog. I did take her into Dr. Angel de la Cruzs office and we decided to have her spayed, rather than have 8 more puppies abandoned on the streets. Tanya named her Puppyless. LOL Our intention was to return her to the streets of Sosua in the hopes that she would adapt to the environment. Sadly, Britannia Pub is closed all of August and I have been worrying that no one will look out for her. However... my newest neighbor, Nikki, has been thinking about adopting a dog that will mesh with her new home and lifestyle. So, Nikki is going to see if Puppyless wants to hang out at her house.
