I have a job for a "Purchasing Clerk" in the Elk Grove area. I understand your registered with our agency as a Pharmacy Tech but was wondering if you might know of anyone. The selected applicant must have a minimum of 1 year purchasing experience. This is a part time job (M-F - 8:30am-12pm). Job is paying $12-$14/hour depending upon experience. PURCHASING CLERK Here’s a brief overview of duties: • Requesting invoices, packing slips, credit memos and master invoices from vendors and matching them to purchase orders • Entering purchase order information into the purchase order log after the invoices have been approved • Proofreading the purchase order log for mistakes and missing entries, looking for purchases that have not been reconciled in a timely manner. • Scanning the completed purchase orders complete with packing slips and invoices • Daily entering the received dates stamped on received purchases.
