I have a question for the fine folks of Strathroy. The paper fella that drops of the TSC, Rona, Lowes and Menards bundle never puts an elastic on it. So basically, the crap just flies all over the neighbourhood and everyone is picking flyers out of their flowers and yards. Anyway to opt out of this or anyone in town that can resolve the issue by making a change to the way this is delivered? Yes Id talk to him myself, but they always run through when Im not paying attention or busy doing something.
