I have a simple diet plan, for several reasons... I like to eat food in its most natural state... I often have a garden salad for dinner, not a side salad, nope, a heaping plate of everything in the garden. I know exactly what each and every bit on that plate is. Now I am also not a Vegan, I love seafood, ceviche is one of my favorite things to make. Beef Carpaccio is another. Point being, cooking and processing anything, reduces the caloric quality and quantity... I have done this since my college days and now, approaching 50, I still wear the same size jeans I wore at 18... I can not even remember the last time I had fast food from the likes of Mcdonalds or burger king... It has really been more than 10 years since I set foot in one... This must all be working for me, since it has been 30 years since I have had to see a doctor for anything other than a smashed knee and a broken tooth.
