I have a ton of lamb breast in the freezer and do not know what to do with it to make it taste good. it is very fatty. I have cooked it in the slow cooker with yogurt but it still had a very gamey flavor. I tried it slow cooked with regular seasoning like I would cook other meat ribs and still not good at all. I tried it cooked, drained, rinsed and put in Spanish rice and still a no go. Any tips?
