I have a true "bad cop" story. Long Island Expwy, Im driving, cell phone falls from console into my lap. I pick it up, (my mom is with me by the way) Im not texting nor talking on phone. Im pulled over and he comes over very mean and says he was watching me actively texting...no hands on wheel...texting with two hands. Now THATS a complete fabrication! and I have SIRI... I never text, I just talk...but I wasnt even doing that. I told him to please check my phone, he would see that I wasnt doing anything. He told me I can give him my license or go in handcuffs. Really??? The bully that he was, was almost beyond words. It looked like something Hollywood would make up. My mother assured him shes 90 and would never allow anyone to drive her while texting or talking. All he wanted to do was write the ticket or arrest me. The truth didnt matter. I cant afford insurance problems or points on my license...not after Hurricane Sandy...My insurance would love to drop me. Is a print out possible proving no activity from Verizon and would a judge look at it...Its a city court
