I have a very serious question that I want to ask my facebook folks. I also want to tag a few people in this post because I admire their intellect, insight and character and I really want to see and share their answers to this question; now please be mindful that if I did not tag you in this particular post it is not because I dont value who you are to me, this is just simply random selection. With that being said the question is as follows: Is it possible for you to forgive people that have played a role in hurting you throughout your life, but live and not forgive yourself for self inflicted hurts and pains that you have imposed on yourself; whether those pains and hurts be in the form of mistakes, wasted time, giving your heart to the wrong person/s time and time again, engaging in toxic relationships, self guilt, self pity, shame, past failures, etc?
