I have a very specific sequence I go through when I do a home inspection. For instance in bathrooms, the first thing I do is close the tub drain and fill the tub with some water. I want to see if the stopper works and will hold water in the tub. I also want to make sure that the tub will drain properly with a good amount of water flowing through the drain all at once. So I get up this morning to take a shower and turn on the hot water to get it hot, leave the bathroom for a minute to get a couple of things and then go back to enter the tub/shower. Well you guessed it I had to drain the water out of the tub to take a shower. I am happy to report that that everything at the tub/shower in my hotel room is working well. (c:)>8
