I have always been under the impression that when you volunteer to help people, especially when its a church, you should have compassion for people in need and speak to them with compassion in all situations not knowing everything or even if you do. Just spoke to a lady from Sharon Methodist Church who was truly rude and seem not to have that "loving people to Christ attitude" they have on their phone. I worked for a few years with a church and regardless of the circumstances you do not treat people rudely. Sometimes the only Jesus people see is you and that could mean the difference in bringing them to Christ. Had I not been a christian she would have probably turned me off to church. Please pray those that are volunteers for churches to have more compassion toward those in need. Sometimes they just need to hear a kind word and not impatients toward them. We are here to help a hurting world and its not our job to condemn anyone or be unkind.
