I have always felt that my iPod (and exclusively my iPod, the only Mac product I have ever owned) is able to read my mind and plays on random exactly the songs I need to hear at any given moment, even songs I hear for the first time. Well it has been out of commission and out of sight for almost a year, but I finally found it and got it and its charger in the same place at the same time amid a very difficult situation. So if I was I unsure before, it is clear now: Either my iPod is omnipotent or just controlled by a higher power. Either way, a stupid device brought be some peace tonight. Cant complain.
