I have always loved Simpson Springs. Growing up my grandfather worked there and I took many walks there with my family and friends. It always seemed like a magical place. When they started having farmers markets there not too long ago, I called them to see if I could help out in any way. They asked me to come up with an idea and then a few days later it dawned on me. I had already thought up the idea of a Swap for Kids and I was thinking about where to have it. The Spring seemed perfect. I ran the idea by them and they loved it. A few months later the Swap made it into the newspaper. I just found out that the same reporter just went to the Spring and is now putting together a story about it. I am so happy for them and hopefully this will help the Spring become better well known because it is still a great [place.
