I have an eye exam tomorrow, partly because Im due, partly because I feel my vision has changed. Since I figure theyre going to suggest a new prescription, I wanted new lenses put into my current glasses. Trouble is...I lost those glasses two weeks ago. I knew they were at my house, but Randy and I have tipped furniture, checked dresser drawers, refrigerator (dont laugh)...everywhere. Id given up, but I asked God to please help me find them before my appointment. I stayed home from work today because my mouth and head were really pounding from the root canals. It was breezy out, so I decided Id sit outside this morning and put Emily (the cat) out in her cage. I left her inside while I got her towel from the bottom of her cage to shake it out and rearrange it. I heard something move...there were my glasses...under that towel!! I have no idea how they got there! God answered my prayer, though! Just in time. He certainly moves in mysterious ways! Too, if I hadnt stayed home today, I wouldnt have gone outside after work. I just kept laughing and thanked God for leading me to them even when Id given up hope.
