I have an update on the condition of my Grandaughter. Keep the Prayers commin!!!!!!! They found the reason for the stroke. A tear in the arterial wall caused clot as it healed itself .. As blood flowed little by little collected making a clot larger till it was blocked. She is on heprin now and it will break up the clot. She is starting to wiggle fingers and toes a little. Doctors are optimistic that will get better. How much better they cant predict. Gonna be a long road.Tear could have come from a number of things. Even carting backpack to school. She is in the best place she can be at this time. Lauries memorial childrens hospital in Chicago. She was sleeping when I got this text. She had been up since yesterday morning.
