My family and I took the air,water and land tour because of the great reviews we read online. What an amazing experience! Check in was fast and efficient. We took a short shuttle ride from the Hacienda hotel to the base of the Hoover Dam where we boarded the raft. We sat toward the back of the raft next to the tour guide, Katherine. She was so knowledgeable of the area and our surroundings. We went in June so the weather was quite warm but Katherine continued to remind us to stay hydrated. We stopped to have lunch (turkey wrap, chips, apple, cookies and water) and took a dip in the very chilly water! We were lucky to spot a handful of bighorn sheep. We stopped at another location to stretch our legs and take another dip in the cold water. Katherine allows our kids (age 11 and 9) to steer the raft which was a nice surprise. I would take this trip again!
