I have been a vistaprint customer for almost 20 years. Though I am dedicated to my sign guy Neal Signs and Banners Today he cant do it all. So Vistaprint is a great backup. I get FREE shipping on most items as part of the 7_day select club AND they QUICKLY resolve issues. Like 2day, the website wanted to chg me for SHIPPING so I called then the agent was unaware of the FREE Shipping + SALE Item I insisted she verify and voila GOT my deals then I had to call back becuz I realized that DANG website also failed to credit me for bulk purchase, again the agent was unaware of the deal I again insisted they chk and BOTTA BING BOTTA BOOM, cha ching credited. Then I got a tee shirt w/white on black ink that was MORE grey then white, I wanted info on how to send back but they credited the $$ paid AND back a note of the problem with the ink. Now that is service I can live with.............when I do not have Neal!
