I have been absolutely in love with Wildgard lately. Sundays dont come often enough, and when they do they always seem horribly short. Im stepping up my game in terms of archery and melee combat, and Im getting new equipment like the longsword Ive rebuilt and the bracers Ashen is making for me. Im looking forward to all kinds of great events like the Summer Festival and Cooks Creek, hell Im even going to Ai-kon in garb! I spent a good amount of time browsing the Amtgard tag on Tumblr, and half (or very nearly) of the things I saw were from Wildgard! Granted, this is because weve got people like Cassidy, Amy, and Catherine who post things quite frequently, but I dont think that really matters - way to get our presence out there! This post might seem random or unimportant, but I thought I might take some time out of my restlessness this evening to tell you all how much I love this park of ours, and everyone in it. I know were a part of Rivermoor now and I can see a lot of people getting caught up in their push for kingdom, but dont forget that we are Wildgard first, and that alone is truly special. -Genet Cabur, Court Herald
