I have been alone with Kilian since yesterday and today was his day off from kindergarden so we took the bus to the next "big" town and went shopping. When we finished, after 3 hours of going to 3 different stores, it suddenly hit me how relaxed I was with this. He did not wander off in the shops but stayed close to me and payed attention to me when I spoke, I did not feel the need to watch him obsessively or hold his hand at all times. Two years ago this would have been an impossible thing for me to do. And he went to the toilet again today, all by himself! Wow. Just wow!
