I have been directly involved in the "development/sales and marketing" of High-End Senior Living Communities for the last 26 years. I was an original employee of Sunrise Senior Living Inc. incorporated out of Northern Virginia. Sunrise went on the become the largest senior living housing operator in the US. Sunrise also helped create the true definition of "assisted-living" in this country. In addition, I have used my "sales and marketing" skills to market "talent" to the Entertainment Industry. My clients have included internationally recognized models, an Emmy Award Winning Film Composer among others. I have used my "authentic style of true relationship/bridge-making" abilities that I learned while working for Hill & Knowlton Inc. of their Washington D.C. office. Hill & knowlton was "well known" as the "largest and most powerful public relations" firm in the world at the time. These communications skills have stayed with my from those early days in 1986. I continue to work on Senior-Living (Third-Age) projects all over the US and Waikiki, Hawaii
