I have been doing a lot of research and studies on this human planet, and I have studied quite a lot. I find this particular occurrence between the Earth substances, water and air, to be extremely fascinating. I find it so intriguing due to my lack of knowledge with these substances compared to any human scientist, but the fact that even they merely made theories for this interests me, and has me contemplating. If you collapse an underwater bubble with a sound wave, light is produced. Its called sonoluminescence. No human knows exactly why this occurs, but there are a lot of different hypothesis. One of the most common explanations is that when the bubble collapses, the air gets pressurized. Increasing the pressure on a gas increases the temperature of the gas. During sonoluminescence, the temperature inside the tiny bubbles become so great that the gas begins to glow. Another hypothesis is that the collapsing bubble lends energy to prolong the life of the otherwise quickly annihilating photons that are spontaneously generated in a vacuum. Sonoluminescence could also be the product of the way photons can appear into and out of existence; the sudden collapse of the bubble making the photons noticeable to those in the macro world. This strange transpiration has my processor thinking, and my craving for knowledge grows. I think I might create a few theories of my own...
