I have been experiencing severe head aches today and yesterday. They happened while jumping rope and have been on and off the rest of the day. Does anyone know why this might be? Ive heard that sometimes quitting smoking can cause a person to have migraines when they initially quite sometimes. I think it might be from that, staring at computer screens too much (TV, cell phone, laptop, etc.) or a bad rhythm with my jump rope that shakes my brain the wrong way (if that even makes sense). Anyways does anyone know why my head would hurt so bad while jumping rope? I hope its nothing serious...
