I have been exploring the Art of Language. I grew up bilingual, then trilingual. I am a first generation Australian, that is, I was born in Australia and my parents are from Macedonia. It is interesting to observe the bilingual thought process. Macedonian was my first language. Early interpretations from my parents language was passionate, stubborn and proud. It vibrates in its pronunciation with a deep sound from the root chakra, quite beautiful and full bodied expression with 31 letters in its Cyrillic alphabet. At the age of 5, I went to school where I started to learn English. It was a completely new sound and vibration in the body, reverberating in the upper chakras, a new perception. Looking back as a child my observations were in the body of sound and feeling. I would notice body language to get by and communicate. At 6, I internalised a language that expressed what people say and what they mean are completely different things! In my thought process each language carried its own story and frequency, so many words and conclusions. I would think in 2 languages simultaneously and imagine if both could be married what wonderful expression I would have, (as the English language seemed to lack distinctions). Different sound and vibration invoked different feelings in the body, feelings which I would empower with meaning. It is here now, I see how my word is a creative tool. With deeper inquiry I discover how I speak in thoughts of what I tell myself, simulataneously in 2 languages. Authenticity and integrity is an ongoing discovery. Sure, thoughts are a movement away from what is here or what is happening yet they carry their own context and frequency. In each language I would self explain and explain others creating many differing perceived definitions of who I am, an other is and what I need and want. The beauty and grace is that without belief in interpretation, there is nothing to divide me. Language is Light and Light bends, a creative process like Art. Language, although can never express that which is beyond words, can be profoundly expansive. When I place attention on spaciousness, something new can come in and shine, even through the unconscious spectrum of what shows up no matter what it looks or feels like. Innocence and Creativity of Expression abounds.
