I have been flying and travelling for years, and I can honestly say that Expedia is the worse company I have ever worked with. They have screwed me in multiple instances over non-obligatory loopholes that would be illegal for them to use if they were actually an airline, their customer service is rude and ill-informed, and I will never be using their services or services like theirs again. I highly recommend that no one else use their services either for flights, hotels or car rentals. Third party re-sellers do not have near the legal obligations that first party sellers do, and they will use any opportunity to take your money. When it comes down to it, thats all they really want anyways.
