I have been harassed by the guards in Donegal Town, then Ballyshannon, just recently, for 8 years now. I did not know the law, until last year. I had to study and learn it for myself. My affidavit is with the Minister of Justice, Justice4allireland are supposed to be representing me. I got a fine for 200 euro nearly 3 weeks ago, for calling the guards names, none which were lies. So I decided, if they can get 200 euro from me for calling them names, how much am I entitled to for being strip-searched (I was drunk) battered black and blue, pepper-sprayed, whilst in a cell wearing a dress and barefooted and 8 years of harassment, which nearly led to me taking my own life, last October 6th 2013? I gave the guards notice on my appeal on Friday and I will go to court to finish the rest of it tomorrow. I will represent myself because I cannot find one decent solicitor. It all began because I was a stranger in town and I would not tell the guards my name, 8 years ago and they have it in for me since. I vm not afraid of them vnymore, Im afraid of myself, no one else.
