I have been invited to stop by two Husker tailgates today. Nobody specified what to bring if anything. Ihave two choices in life today. I can assume that someone else will give me beer, burgers, etc to sustain me. What if they even promised to do so? The other choice will be to utilize some of my hard earned and saved resources to get to the store, get supplies, load the cooler and be ready for whatever may or may not transpire. Obviously in the second case I also have the option of hanging with whom I came or want versus feeling forced to conform to anothers situation because my own failure to prepare left me in need. Which route do you choose? I never thought a Husker tailgate would provide such a lesson in failed American social policy.
