I have been listening to our relatives in north for insight to guide youth here locally ... i also see many youth who are rising wise ones, so i listen to our youth as well : If we can council ourselves away from the government, the key I believe is letting the Clan Mothers resurrect and rise again, like they are inherently supposed to be... See this is the old way, we listen to our elders, the grandfathers and grandmothers work together, the natural life givers share their wisdom and experience in the best interests of the community or nation and the grandfathers guard and protect them guiding the young men to make the right choices. We are all supposed to work together. We used to have council houses call longhouses where we can deliberate, conduct ceremonies, eat, sing and gather together in peace and friendship.
